1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using A6 Socials you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account and wallet
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Wallet balances are non-transferable and held under your account only.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use A6 Socials in compliance with applicable law and platform policies of any third-party service you target. We do not authorise abuse, fraud, or violation of platform terms.
4. Payments and refunds
Wallet funding is processed by Paystack and other licensed payment partners. Failed orders are automatically refunded to your wallet. Settled orders are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause or modify services with notice.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
